These cards are great for rewarding your current preferred customers. The front features serum capsules with Gold Foil PUNCHES with explanation on how to earn punches and YOUR BUSINESS info on the back includes up to 4 lines. Fonts/Colors used cannot be changed. (If you wish to leave your business info off the back and leave blank please choose the 100 BLANK Backside from the drop down menu.)

Will I get a proof?

Yes! For all orders that we customize with personal information, a proof will be sent within 24-48 hours to you via Etsy Chat. If any changes need made, we will send another proof to be sure that everything is exactly as you would like it.

Do you accept returns?

If you aren't happy with your purchase, please send us a message. If there is a defect or damage, we will send you a replacement. Due to the nature of Digital and custom items, we do not accept returns on those. Check the listing details for each item to see if they can be returned. Contact us if you think you need to return an item so we can best help you. Any items approved for return will be refunded or issue a credit (less any shipping costs) AS LONG AS it returns in re-sellable condition. You would be refunded after the item is received.

When will I receive my items?

Shipping time varies on each item. Custom items typically take 8-10 business days from the time you approve your proof and it is delivered to you. If you need something sooner than that, we offer expedited services for an additional fee. Send us a message if you have a specific date you need your items by so we can be sure that you have purchased the correct shipping options to receive your items on time.

I need my order by a certain date, how can I be sure I will receive it by then?

If you are needing your order by a certain date, please include that in the notes to seller at checkout so we can be sure to have you purchase any additional expedited options needed. My top priority is customer satisfaction and 99% of the time, orders process and are delivered in the time frame stated above. However, there are some time when we have a higher volume order or just life gets in the way, if you are on a timeline, please let us know so we can do everything possible to get your order to you by the time that you need it!
