Yes! For all orders that we customize with personal information, a proof will be sent within 24-48 hours to you via Etsy Chat. If any changes need made, we will send another proof to be sure that everything is exactly as you would like it.
If you aren't happy with your purchase, please send us a message. If there is a defect or damage, we will send you a replacement. Due to the nature of Digital and custom items, we do not accept returns on those. Check the listing details for each item to see if they can be returned. Contact us if you think you need to return an item so we can best help you. Any items returned will be refunded or issue a credit AS LONG AS it returns in re-sellable condition. You would be refunded after the item is received. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
